Mastercard announced the expansion of its global payments network to include settlement with regulated stablecoins such as USDC, PYUSD and RLUSD. The system will allow intraday, weekend and holiday settlements on blockchains including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum and XRP Ledger.
